This place is totally unaware of the concept of customer service. During my first and last visit here, I ordered masala saffron tea. It took about 30 minutes to arrive and it was too sweet. Avoid this place if you wish to enjoy your tea.

Chai break was the only hip cafe serving hookah in Durgapur while I was going to college there. Was a small joint in the Junction Mall which again was a one spot where you would find all of Durgapurs youth. From the beginning of its journey it has been a dear to heart place and hope it continues the same.
Very loud music and crowd is mainly of college students who make a lot of noise which makes others uncomfortable. The place is too small and congested and doesn't represent the brand name at all
This is a nice place but the ambience of the hookah section is not upto the mark. Lunch buffet has a lot of options at a very reasonable price.
