Upon entering the place, the ambience feels nice and It is a good place to hangout with your friends. Staff there is also very good and welcoming. However the food quality needs to be improved according to the price the customer is paying. Some items here are good but some are worst I ever tried. We tried Oreo frappe , Kitkat frappe, Veg pasta with mixed sauce, Paneer Pizza and Chicken sphagetti. Out of this the frappes and the veg pasta were really good but the paneer pizza and chicken sphagetti was worst. The Pizza had a crust that was not cooked properly and it was too much oily and greasy. Moreover, In all their pizzas they use the market purchased pizza crust so it just spoils the dish. If a customer is paying a good amount for the pizza, atleast he/she expects a freshly made crust cooked properly. In the chicken sphagetti, sphagetti was just oily and the chicken was dry and chewy. Overall it is good place to chill but some food need serious attention. My recommendations : Oreo Frappe, mixed sauce Veg Pasta

Chai adda is perfect place for fnz adda, it's a street side cafe, not a big zone, small place with open sitting arrangement, it has some facilities such as smoking is open & you can make some music if you want. Actually I love this spot as my favorite place.
Such a good place to hang out with your squad. Do try their range of frappes. Caramel, Oreo and kitkat were the best! You can get their chocolate shake for your little one as well. My baby brother loved it! Only one downside, they don't have whipped cream to go with the frappes but ice cream is there. The price is affordable as well. If you are not a coffee lover, try their range of iced tea especially the peach ice tea. It's yum!

The place has been very recently started. Food serving time is too late. Waiters do not keep proper knowledge of the menu. Ambience is okay. coffee is very yummy and cheap. But in the name of chicken fingers they serve the readymade chicken fingers available in the market which just needs to be fried before serving. First time visit and very disappointing.
