First of all i would take this opportunity to say thanks to Chahna tours and travels, Raipur for making our tour to Ooty successful. Especial thanks to Ms. Tanu for her enthusiastic responses everytime whenever i have any doubts. I stayed 2 nights at Ooty. Since Ooty is wellknown tourist place she suggested us to spend also 1 night at Mettupalayam, Blackthunder Resort. Initially i had some hesitation but she persuaded to stay there which ultimately proved a wise decision. Here i would like to mention that i didn't have any previous connection with this travels agency. I was just approaching different travel agent for my tour and at once i finalize Chahna for their cordial behaviour and polite nature. Once again thanks to Chahna tours and travels and her team.
It was an amazing tour, thanks to our Planner Ms Pooja Rai , she was so cooperative throughout our journey and the planning for visiting various places was done superbly.She was just a call away whenever we have faced any difficulty.One more thing I would to request for not suggesting Tango Resort at Neil ,I had very terrible experience over there rest hotel stay was a memorable experience for us specially Aroopa Resort.
