Staff is very uncoprative ...bt mam n sir is vry helpful.....please tell ur all staff how to treat patient n their family members.....its a human being not animals......one more thing when any human being is suffering from disease then he or she cm to hsptl....bt ur hsptl staff says when ur suffering from pain then u cm....its a highly misbehave. .....

I'm sure Dr. Chadda might be a great doctor but the hospital staff is pathetic, highly unprofessional. Came for a test, was asked to wait for sometime, told that some boy would be here shortly who'll do it. Its now been 1 hour, no information regarding when it'll happen, why its being delayed. Its not like there's too many people, I'm the only person waiting here. I see a lot of "haha" and "hehe" going around among the staff on 1st floor but still no information. I took time off from my Office, my precious time is being wasted here. Dr Chadda, please get a hold on your staff on how to treat people coming to them, their time is important as well. You cannot ask someone to wait for sometime and keep them waiting without any info. Very disappointed with the behaviour!!
Aushman scheme is for limited facilities only. Patients get benefit of cashless surgeries at Chadha hospital. However , their hands are bound when services that are not included under aushmaan scheme , have to be carried out for pts who have aushmaan card. Otherwise excellent health benefits are being provided here and thousands of poor people are being operated here successfully. I , personally feel this is one of rhe best hospitals in yamunanagar
Dr. Chadha refuses to treat patients who come with Ayushman Card even though Chadha hospital is in Panel for Ayushman Bharat Yojna. For these people only money matters and they think people are not going to complain about this. I am definitely filing a complaint on behalf of someone. Sad to see poor people suffer because of such doctors even when government is trying hard to provide good medical facilities to the poor.
