Doctors who do surgery they are good and experienced in their work however apart from surgery there is no facility available for child. 2 or 3 kids share 1 bed even after surgery they don't give any facility. Only 1 person allowed with 1 child that is good however after surgery it's really hard for mother to take care alone for first 2 days and no other help provided. No other family member allowed and even so stuff help you. If you arevtaking your child in this hospital then you should not only consider their surgery but after that treatment also.
The services of this hospital is very nice. The doctors are well trained and expert in their services. The environment is very clean and they have maintained proper hygiene inside the hospital. The hospital provides medical care to children. This is most affordable for any child care

I took my 3 months daughter to this hospital as referred by my paediatric. There doctor suggested to get her admitted which we did. But the problem was there were two patients on single bed and some beds have 3 patients too and in that room had around 10 to 12 beds and was so crowded that I feel like my baby may catch some other disease due to infection so I got herself discharged and admitted to a private hospital. I can't put my daughter's life to risk just because there treatment is free. Atleast take care of the hygiene of the patients. I can understand that patients are more in number and not everyone can afford the treatment in Private hospitals so they have no other option but keeping 2-3 patients on single bed is also not acceptable. Also, staff is a bit rude as they are govt. employees. They treat you as if they are paying for your treatment infact their salaries are paid when we pay taxes. Try to avoid this hospital if you can afford a Private hospital.
Pros- *Doctors are good and experienced. *Cleanliness in hospital. *Good treatment. Cons- *No proper washroom facility, most of them are locked. No proper seating areas. *Security guards, Cleaning staffs behaviour is worst(too much attitude problem) *No parking facility for 4 wheelers. *Nursing staff in NICU have pathetic behaviour, i think they need to learn basic morals and manners how to treat n talk poor and needy ppl who came for their lil ones treatment. They were really RUDE n egoists. (3 star is for cons.)
