Chaayos - Connaught Place, M Block - Cafe in New Delhi - New Delhi, India

This is one of the biggest cafes of chayoos that I've ever seen in Delhi. The cafe is located in first floor you will have to climb steps to reach there. Everything is clean and arranged. Saw lots of peeps working here with their laptop. Definitely a must try if you are in CP.

Got their double chicken roll delivered to my train and it was an absolute mess. 3 small pieces of chicken in a DOUBLE chicken roll, filled with mayo, really bad. don't recommend.

One of the spacious Chaayos in CP. Its more like a large living room having large seating capacity. The boys are courteous helpful in delivering good food and warmth. There are books and newspapers also kept to unwind oneself over a cup of tea.

Update on 26th June I visited Chaayos today. The vibes are still amazing. Staff is motivated and prompt. I had one free chai offer so went to redeem it. Their food is too good as well . Do try it This place is very huge and can accommodate around 100 people easily. The vibes and interiors are good. Chai is good as usual. I have ordered Green Tea this time. They have changed serving rules. Now they will serve your order on your table comparing to full self service earlier. You just need to place an order on counter now. Service was a bit delayed keeping in mind the outlet was operating at 20 percent capacity only. Overall 5 stars , just one star less for delay in service. Rest everything was good.

During my breakfast visit to this establishment situated on level 1, I observed dogs on the stairs upon entering. The interior, while acceptable, lacked sufficient seating capacity, especially during morning hours. Despite apparent additional seating space, it remained closed in the morning. Considering the brand reputation and flavor, I found the pricing to be somewhat elevated. The menu, lacks coffee options, seems like they take their name seriously For a noteworthy recommendation, the paneer wrap is a favorable choice, while the Chole Kulche fell short in flavor, making it a less desirable option. The signature drink, tea, aligns with the brand but was only okay. However, it offers customizable options such as flavor, milk quantity, and strength, allowing you to tailor your tea experience.

I was very impressed by the infrastructure. This particular location of chaayos has very amazing seating options where you can chill with friends or do your work peacefully. The menu is very authentic Indian snacks and bunch of teas. The food is very authentic and tasty. I would highly recommend this food chain/tea chain. The tea options are also very good. I have tried a few of them and they are really good. The staff is friendly and well trained.

Would like to give this rating for the extremely understanding nature of the staff in this particular outlet. There was a certain confusion on the order that we had placed based on the item images we saw in the menu and the order we received. When we brought this to the notice of the staff, they were extremely understanding and helpful to provide us with the correct version of the product we wanted as a kind gesture. This made our evening, so kudos to the team and the management. Ambience wise, it's one of the best that I have been to in recent times. Once again, a huge thanks!

Never order food from here specially through zomato it will always be delivered late and your food gets too cold to eat The quality they provide in home delivery is too bad I order samosa chat. The chole in chart is too less that it can barely coat one small samosa Price is too premium for one piece samosa chat that too of so bad quality
