Awesome collection! Must visit
The collection is good. They even make small customisation after bill payment which is very helpful. My sis in law had taken mang tika and several other jewellery. Mang tika had pearl drops for which they've changed to gold drops as per our requirement. The girls who showed us those stuff were very polite and patient. The reason I have given 4 stars is there no scope of price reduction and the owner wasn't customer friendly.
1 gram gold ornaments are a thing hit here in the heart of the city, people who cannot go all the way to Begum Bazaar can buy here. The price seems to be on the higher side compared to Begum Bazaar market but worth a visit to have a glance of your collection needs.
Only Collection does not make a store perfect.. Here you can get a quite good collection.. Quality of gold is decent... But the behaviour of stuff and the survice is not very good... You can say below average... But overall a good store...
Chaahat Jewellers has the worst customer service. They are very rude to customers. I chose 9 earrings out of which they said 4 are not available. I selected 3 out of 5 and added 2 more later. I spent 2-3hrs time to select the things The order value had to be more than 3000/-. My order value was 6000. while selecting jewelry there will be some back and forth. on top of this I have bought many times from them in the past.
