I have been visiting this store for many years. Store is quite spacious with good variety of jewellery in gold and in silver ornaments also. Ornaments are available in different ranges and as per trends. Customer service is also really good. What I really like about the store is, Sales executives are supportive, show options as per customer range and do not try to oversell. Pricing is transparent. Parking is available.

Very bad experience Today! (earlier it was quite good since 20 years if there no schemes and genuine customers may not expecting in CH) * Currently there is schemes 6 to 11% in all gold. * Then cheating with customer with 12% and 20% or more... * Customers always be there even Gold price Rs 6000/- or 60000/- or it becomes 100000/- per <10 g * It is beyond the passion, when if payment with UPI i.e. what would be amount w.r.t UPI vs. Avg. Gold? Why such 'CHACRAVIEW' needed like brand CH???? I think now a days CH suffering for regular / genuine customers (It is also reflected today as least customers seeing their and this is the reason only) Also, there was no any senior supervisor present or visit on display as well as on counter to support customers or help to their salesman as minimal staff observed today... after discussed... called to supervisor by counter mam (huge time wasted) Overall, if CH feels to charge more than 11% than why such lying schemes??? Should not play with genuine customers as they also sometimes confirmed to their friends and relatives in behalf schemes CH and according to me this is biggest fraud with customer which is their strength only...

Delivery of goods given after 2 months. Quality of product is not good. Always need to go for rectification. Billing is issue if you don't check then you may ended up by paying higher.

Paid a bad price for the years of loyalty. The manager of the store is a liar. Will never go again. *Response* The shared information is absolutely correct. Forget about discount, I don't need discount. I was just looking for a fair response and upon showing the invoice your employees flipped. It wasn't the first time I shopped at your store. I had purchased multiple items in last few years. I am not the only one, there are a few more who have had bad experiences and it can be seen in the previous reviews. I just passed an honest review, it is upon you how diligently you treat customers feedback. Thank you!
