The garden is available for all but not well maintained. Actually it comes under the premises of government colony but outside people can also go there.

I went for a stroll in late evening around 11 but could still see people having brisk walk in the park, and also saw police in civil they were having rounds to ensure safety of citizens. Kudos to the Police to be working so late!!!

The location of the this garden is very good as it takes one through the Antop Hill. There are a couple of resting points providing good view of the area. There were not many flowers in bloom due to the timing of our visit in June, but the place id worth a visit.
It's a play ground for outdoor games and events.
Although garden look great in the morning and at evening also but In the night it's look's scary cause there no proper lighting has maintained
