CGHS Wellness Center cum Dispensary D80 - Government hospital in Delhi - West, India

Pathetic dispensary for CGHS beneficiaries. Dr Sunil Bhatia that Dr. is too aged but he has no manners at all how to talk to patients he shouts unnecessarily he should be replaced with some young doctor so the referral system becomes smooth and quick...so that we patients don't have to stand in long queus coz he works too slow...this wellness center also needs maintenance as the infrastructure is really poor..Govt. needs to look into it...pathetic experience for cghs cardholders. If we give respect we also expect respect if they're working as govt. employee we cghs cardholders too serving Govt. of India for that in return what I get there... I personally feel humiliated. CMO and Govt. should look into it and take appropriate action. Doctors have no right to shout on patients..

Staff & CMO are not listening to Senior Citizens age above 75 years. Rather making them wait in long queues, calling them again & again & asking patient to give code no. of CGHS tests as prescribed by Hospital of doctor on CGHS panel. How do patient know the code number of tests. Also, provide dispensary medicines to their known doctors. In view of above, pensioners are suffering a lot .

The dispencery is located in a prime location just road ahead inside of Green Apartment Jwalaheri road. But service and staff including infrastructure is very poor, its inside of 2 room set house and very much unorganised. There are 2 dispencery in 1 place and very much /difficult to get proper medical treatment.

The Behavior of the Dr. was very horrible this time.. few days back I went to the dispensary and they gave me a token to the Dr. Named (devender tewani) he was a very horrible and worst human being I have ever seen. He didn't even listen a word and his behavior was the worst..he doesn't know how to talk to someone..It never happened before. Other Doctors was fine but he is the worst.

KUSUM MAM WE MISS YOU, PLEASE COME BACK, BECAUSE GEETA MAM ALWAYS MISBEHAVE WITH EVERYONE , Two days back i have met one doctor her name is geeta, her room number is 7 and she doesn't have knowledge how to talk with senior citizens, my father and me both were waiting for our number she has taken 3 breaks in one hour after that my father number came that time she was continuously talking on her phone almost every 70 to 80+ age senior citizens were waiting and suffering because of her, so my father told her he wants three months medicine but she told him, you have to visit next month because it's our policy to give medicine only for one month but she made him fool or she has taken her revenge because he told her all senior citizens are waiting, beta please work fast, she replied she shouted on my father, she told him don't tell me how to work, i was shocked that time, is this the way of talking to senior citizens ? / She's the type of doctor who is very lazy, she thinks she's smarter than everyone, slow clap for those people who selected her as a doctor, almost 70% patients had agreed on that time she always misbehave with everyone

It is the worst CGHS dispensary. Most of the time there is only one doctor. Patients will have to wait here for 4 to 5 hours to get their appointment if they are lucky.

All staff behavior is very bad specially doctors and head of CGHS they always talk in rude manners they do not know how to talk with patient they always take a time for tea break in evry 2 hours ,patients have to always wait for their number.

Very poor staff they just dont want to work always come late to office and they close the work before time. Pharmacist and other staff specially they are very bad people there they just need to be removed and recruit new with good behaviour and who know how to talk to people gently
