All the doctors are only interested in referring. Most of them behave rudely with patients. They don't even want to spare a minute listening and just want to refer, even for small diseses. The person at the medicine counter 10 behaves rudely with patients and seems not at all educated. Most of the medicines are NOT available in the CGHS dispensery and are indented ( can be collected after one day).

Dispensary is fine. But there is a skin consultant there, he would tell everyone and every skin disorder ke tel lgao tel, tel ki malish kro, and when u ask him kon sa tel, he would say sarson ka. I had a melanin condition on my shoulder, he just told me garmi h ye tel ki malish kro. I asked kon sa he said sarson ka. Now I don't understand shoulders me se kon si garmi radiate ho rhi h.
Well maintained premises. Very hygienic and clean. The CMO is nice and amicable person. She advices her patients clearly.
Very rude clerical staff.. Whem I went for the permission of my mother's surgery doctor did his work but the clerk who was supposed to put the stamp was drinking tea in her seat. When I asked her to put the stamp and give the papers to me she asked me to come back next day. I told her it's urgent my mother needs to get admitted for surgery she replied to me very rudely that everyone comes here with urgent papers. You are not special. May be she was looking for some bribe to get work done early.
