Thank u for a magical stay in a true pure Ayurveda container and lifestyle. Ot was inspiring to see how well u manage the land, and especially the rain water harvesting! Please check the fan switches in at least c4 . In the balcony They run all full pace regardless of setting and are not usable.. also in the room..

We went as a family of 2.We had booked the konkan villa with complimentary breakfast. We had an excellent experience & would really recommend this stay for anyone who is looking to spend a tranquil few days away from the city. The property is well maintained , serene & calm. Perfect for yoga, meditation ,relaxing and for opening up your creative side. Courteous and polite staff, always ready to go the extra mile in terms of taking feedbacks & ensuring you have the best stay.Food served is vegetarian and seafood with stress to wellness based diet. Egg is available. However, no red meat and alcohol. Wine is available on request. This property is perfect for family and friends. Villa is spacious with open courtyard, blending with nature. You can sip a tea or two listening to the sound of birds. The property has private access to Om beach, which is a bonus. Overall, a great experience and really recommend this stay.

Another interesting destination during our Konkan visit last week - SwaSwara at Gokarna. The resort is situated on Om Beach of Gokarna (60km south of Karwar) is a great combination of serene beach, wilderness, Ayurveda and Yoga. This crystal-clear beach is named after its unique shape of two crescents joined together as in symbol AUM. The resort is set amidst lush greenery, and overlooks the Arabian Sea, providing a tranquil and scenic setting to relax and unwind. It is an ideal destination for those seeking relaxation in a serene natural environment. The "Konkan" Villas, with a private courtyard garden and partially open to the sky bathrooms, are made of "Chira" stone, a locally available laterite stone that is widely used for construction purposes in the Konkan region. It is a reddish-brown colored stone that is mined from quarries in the Konkan region. Chira stone has several advantages in construction - its durability, strength, and resistance to water and pests. It is a natural material that does not require much processing, making it an environmentally friendly choice. To make the most of beautiful natural surroundings only the bedrooms are enclosed and air-conditioned - the rest of the villa opens out to nature. Downhill, the resort opens to the beach with its private entrance well-guarded by security. So, you have very less crowd on your side of the beach than the others, which are open to the public. Since it's a wellness resort, the food choice is healthy and limited in the menu - includes seasonal tropical fruits, vegetables from the farm at SwaSwara and the neighborhood, and freshly caught seafood. They also offer Ayurveda and Yoga therapy for those interested in wellness. Some activities like Yoga for beginners, basic Pranayama and Yoganidra are complementary.

Lovely place to unwind. Esp if you are looking at basically just chilling out at the resort. Couple of on-site activities will keep you busy + of course direct access to OM beach. Fantastic accommodation .... Decent healthy food (focus on healthy)

Hospitality is amazing here. The location as well is very accessible.

The property has beautiful konkan villas which were so calm and peaceful to stay in. There is easy access to Om beach via the property. I loved the ambience, hospitality and overall concept of the resort. Just amazing!!!
