Nice to see they have a automated pani puri vending machine, so hygiene. Best chats in quality and quantity as well. Also serves chapatis and parathas for Dinner.
The kitchen looks uncluttered and clean.
Not too many items as the owner is conscious to offer on limited variety but focuses on quality. Top class north Indian food like rotis and parantha, chaats and pav bhaji. Their tag line reads - Dont eat more/less, but eat better food :) which is so apt as we are spoilt for choices most of the times, unnecessarily.
You can pre-order on the number available and food will be ready by the time you reach.
Only 1 area which can be improved is not cook the roti, chapati or paratha too fast as some places remains under cooked which spoils the experience
