The products here are good and the owner also gives you the needed discount. Lets come to the worst part: The after sales service is very poor. Mr. Manish working in the store just promises and never delivers. For example when my two tiles got short , Mr. Manish promised me to deliver in a week but after a month when I called him he said that the new tiles have come in different color and is not available in the factory. But luckily I managed to get the same tiles from a different shop. Second incident : I have ordered WC cover at least 1 month ago but there is still no response from the shop. I strongly recommend people to not to visit here.

Not good because when saler give me discount then he diver a wrong product because wrong product have cheap price and say this is not my fault So please do not visit

Rozy Granite is placed in the line-up among other Tiles and granite seller but what is differ from the other seller is the variety and behaviour of the workers and owner and specially the dealing of Mr. Mirza who is a decent and humble guy and always ready to show the variety, he has all the technique to sell and knowledge about all products in the showroom. I have been purchasing the tiles and granites since last month and found very good range of all products. Though the rates are quite high if you compare to the tiles market but the quality and design you can't get like them so I'm very much satisfied with the quality and range of tiles and the dealing of Mirza.
