Security guard's don't have any sense of how to behave with candidates who come for interviews, they act like they are doing any favour on them by letting them in. Worst security facility.
One of the best organisation I have ever worked. It is not an organisation. It is like a family. 16 years, I worked there and enjoyed a lot. Mr. O R chitlange the sr. President of the company is the main driving force. He is really a great leader.
The company is situated approx 55 kms from Mumbai at Shahad.It was established in 1952 in a vast area of more than 100 acres and production started in 1954 with capacity of 25000 TAP at present. Very old company of Birla group situated on the main road to Titwala. It is providing employment to major locals of the area. They are running school,Hospital college ,Vithoba mandir etc.
I have been bearing the foul smell eliminated by this factory since 22 years. They have been forcing us to close our windows shut now and again. There should be some timing since they have been eliminating it in residential area.
