Rooms are good but service is not satisfactory. Went for breakfast at 8.30 Am, No food they told us to wait for 10 min but waited 30 min still no food we just walked out.nobodies not knowing Tamil language, even English also.all guys are north eastern.try to change some guys.

For a Business Traveller who doesnt have any other job than going to office can prefer this. As this isin a very remote location on a highway. Only entertainment possible will be EVP Theatre nearby. For wverything you may need to travel to Poonamalle. This is the current aituation. May improve if the satilitw town nearby gets a good response.
There are few educational institutes mearby and few other industries.
Morning breakfast was okay. With respect to restaurant food the taste and quality are good.
The hotel was decent with good rooms. But things the management has to look into are
1. Need a real receptionist for the night, not some make shift arrogant guy, who doesn't want his sleep disturbed.
2.Lift with automatic doors
3. AC remotes in better condition
I stayed in April 2022, as solo traveler or some business in nearby location Rajlakshmi institute of technology. The front desk manager was nice and helpful to change my room to a city view room promptly on request. The rooms are clean, service is good, food has got variety, peaceful at night. Breakfast is very basic south Indian type not worth for including in room charge. For short stay recommended. Not recommended for tourists and family as the hotel is far away from the city. Transport and cab service is a big issue travelling to city and hotel. Recommended for those travelers who has some personal work near by to the hotel location. Average cab charge from airport Rs but driver charges extra due to its location. Average charge in Cab from Hotel to city Rs. Ola, Uber does not come so book your taxi in advance. Overall I had a good experience of the hotel facility and staff.
Very good clean rooms. Since it's situated very far from City on highway the prices were on higher end. Restuarant foods is delicious.
The hotel is good, clean and safe. It is a good place to stay if you have business nearby.
You will have trouble booking cabs, so you can ask the reception to do it for you.
