Very nice apartment, surrounded by greenery ..very well maintained. It besides jakkur lake so view from apartment is very beautiful..Very clean and neatly maintained building.. Specious parking ,gym facilities are available..Most impressive thing is their supply of gas to everyone's kitchen..No need to worry about booking for gas and all.. security and all working staffs are very nice and humble.. management also doing good performance. Any issues will be resolved very soon . Big basket serves to apartment.. Yelahanka raithara Sante is 2 km away from the apartment. No noise at all .lake view , surrounding greenary everything feels like you are in resort.
Society is not properly maintained, flats are spacious, very interior, you can't get anything near by,
Nice apartment with good facilities and amenities. Location is good. This place is good for students to study. Except for the higher rent fees everything is good. There is no transportation facilities you have to use your own vehicles.Good security , enough parking space. No congestion or traffic problems. There is main road which connects directly to hebbal road.
Extremely well thought out plan and excellent construction quality. Community is very active and buzzing. Ample lung space for walking, children play area, well maintained swimming pool, club house with TT and gym, huge party hall with open garden for dining. Maintenance and upkeep - out of the world!
