Centro Mall - Shopping mall in Thiruvananthapuram - Thiruvananthapuram, India

Usually, I go there to watch movies at the theater on the top floor. I've taken casual walks around the three floors, exploring the wide variety of clothes and fashion accessories available. I checked prices for shoes, jackets, shirts, and T-shirts; some have offers, while others are too costly. It's not too busy, perhaps due to the prices. The only bustling area is the top floor where the theater is located. Parking is available underground, but the space is limited, allowing only a few cars to be parked.

I recently visited Centro Mall in Trivandrum and had a fantastic experience. The mall offers a wide range of shopping options, from popular clothing brands. The layout of the mall is well-designed, with spacious walkways. The staff throughout the mall were friendly and helpful. Parking facilities were ample, making it convenient for visitors. Overall, Centro Mall provides a great shopping experience in Trivandrum, and I would highly recommend a visit."

It's a shopping mall for clothes and other fashion accessories..you will be able to find almost all major brands here. Good offers on selected brand products are there. N sometimes we may get a sweet deal, especially on the accessories. There is a theatre too at the top floor.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Centro Mall, and I must say that the experience exceeded my expectations, largely due to the outstanding assistance I received from the friendly and knowledgeable staff, particularly Ananthu.From the moment we entered the mall, Ananthu's warm greeting and genuine enthusiasm set the tone for a positive shopping experience. He not only assisted us with our purchases but also engaged with my naughty one yr old boy. There are amazing Trendy collections as well. Looking forward for more shopping visits.

You can get most branded clothes. Nice place to do your clothe shopping. Not much footfall; very less crowd even on weekends. Don't know why they charge parking fees. The women at the front always bombard for makeup related sales. And the security at the entrance aren't very friendly. Otherwise, a nice place to shop. It also has the carnival cinemas on the top floor; maybe the biggest reason for the people around and that also not many.

This one star rating is only for the service not for the collection,as usual collections are good but on expensive side .They got collections for footwear and handbags. I went their two months before and suddenly one staff came and asked Is this bag selected for purchasing? I was confused and asked which bag he pointed on my handbag which was already with me and I said it's mine .I didn't like it but it was okay because he might have mistaken.But 3 days before when I went to shop for buying a hand bag they were not giving us space and was literally disturbing us by asking are you looking for offer bags only as if we don't have money to purchase without offers . I was irritated and scolded him. The staffs there mock us and talk behind about customer. It is not a good behaviour.Staffs talk about customers when they leave the area even when other staffs are listening. They don't have any manners or politeness .They all seem to be the owners of mall. Staffs there talk and chill even when customers are there especially at the billing counter and clothing section

The multiplex theatre is the only attraction for me. Rest of the mall is mostly clothes shops. Staff attitude - great. They don't care about you, customer is a nuisance. The pictures below were taken with permission.

Looks quite huge from outside but not much to do around in fact. They haven't opened the food court nor the carnival cinemas and the work is still in progress.Even the parking space looks not cleaned up. They have brands apart from Central group as well. Just three floors of apparels. They have some cashback offers but nothing much exciting to talk about. Hopefully, it gets better once the cinemas and fold court opens.
