The gym has your usual ambience & equipments but the reason which has me completely satisfied is the personal training by Miss. Shireen. She doesn't make one do mindless jumps & pushup rather customizes the workout according to your body & stamina. I didn't just lose weight but also gained flexibility & strength through her routines. She explains the reason behind certain gains & how the given workouts tackles it giving me insight. Thank you for everything.
Sorry to say but my trainer Neha naaz she is been busy in gossip with her friends in gym , iam irritated yaar , plz replace her with another trainer . She just gives attention the one who joined personal training (PR) others should come & ask her what to do & how to do. A trainer is the one who takes care of each & everyone in the gym I don't think so she is capable of this ..
Have joined gym a month before and must say all the equipment are well maintained!! Professional & well trained/ well spoken coach!!! You don't have to pay for personal training for attention from the trainer unlike other gyms. The ladies coach Neha is very helping and she guides us with each and every exercise no matter how many times you ask her!!The atmosphere is safe and sound. Love the energy!! Would definitely recommend to join the gym specially for ladies!!
