A decent restaurent. But very late food delivery

Ambience of the restaurant is quite nice and well maintained. The place is spacious with enough room to avoid crowding which is quite important now a days. The food quality is above average but nothing exceptional. Waiting time is a bit high but this is same for almost every restaurant in Guwahati. The food is slightly overpriced but one can manage that. The average cost is about 500 INR for two which is fine with most people. The quantity per dish is enough for more than one people. Reception is also fine with well behaved staff. An additional discount of 10% is offered to IIT students which is a cherry on top. Overall a well balanced family restaurant for a group of friends or family to dine in.

We visited the restaurant at 8:30 pm for dinner. Prior to serving the guests, we noticed that one of the waitresses tasted the food with her fingers. With such a condition, it is impossible for us to ever visit this place again because the quality of hygiene is compromised.

I am giving 3 stars only for the ambiance and the friendly staff. The service is too slow that we took 3 hours to have dinner and the taste was pathetic after all. The prices do not conform to the food be it in quality or quantity. However, the staff are all welcoming and the place is very nice.

CP has reduced the portion size and has increased the rates. The taste is fine. The service was too slow.

The restaurant is fantastic and hygiene is also properly maintained. Food was also very good and affordable as well. We were 10 peoples and had starter, many dishes and it doesn't cost us much. This restaurant is nearly 3km from IIT Guwahati main gate. Students of IIT Guwahati a number of times celebrate birthdays and have had parties here only.

Average food price is slightly higher bt high cleanliness and staff is good

The waiter doesn't manage the hygiene. How can you put your finger inside the cup of coffee. The cup has a side to pickup right. If you charge premium amount then you should aslo maintain a proper decorum. When I show that I jst poured water on the coffee without even a sip.
