Excellent!! We had a great stay :) perfect location, easy walking distance to restaurants, sights, and public transports and very clean and comfortable rooms +with hot showers!), and great value for money! The staff were so kind and accommodating and welcoming and made our stay extra special :) definitely recommend and thanks for a great stay!
Worst service. I have booked the hotel thru clear trip. I have contacted the property two times and confirmed the booking. Now after coming all the way from Delhi , they are telling rooms re sold out. The manager Mr Umesh has insulted me .. i have made advance payment and now got cheated, totally cheated I repeat, never book this hotel .
A good hotel near Esplanade Metro station, Close to K C Das Sweet. Rooms is ok, allover medium quality hotel, but locatoon is good, Hotel staffs are good but very commercial minded. No breakfast. Wifi is good. Allover quality is satisfactory. It's a good place who wants to stay near New Market or Esplanade, Darmatala area.
Worst experience,never ever stay in ahhhotel like this,staff behaviour was horible,specially one man, Price were very high as compare to room,no hygiene and cleniness, i suggest never ever go there and waste your money.
Very poor staff behaviour he don't know how to speak with their valuable guest I recommend everyone don't stay over there.
