The Counsellor Renuka and the Branch Manager are very Rude, My Father had a surgery done on Saturday. Usually a cataract Surgery needs next day Consultation to followup on surgery.. But they have not informed us prior surgery that the Hospital will be Closed For Monday and also Tuesday (14th And 15th August). Whereas the Surgeon (Niloufer Sultana) told us we need to get a consultation from another (as the Surgeon herself would be on leave) doctor on Monday. The Surgeon and Counsellors have some communication gap..which should not lead the Patient's suffering. We usually have some worries regarding cloudy vision after surgery etc.. who will we ask if doctors are not available and Hospital is closed totally..? And also insurance is a big scam in this hospital.. My Colleague had got same Cataract surgery for his Mother which costed 52.5K and he got 45k approved from insurer.. Where as when I got same procedure done to my father we only got 34k approved.. Why, the counsellors who deal with Policy are very rude when we questioned about this.. Also the Pharmacy.. Receptionist herself will Give us the Drugs instead of the Pharmacist.. When asked about it their manager says we don't have staff and the Pharmacist resigned suddenly.. When Pharmacist resigns , you are supposed to hire someone immediately. But instead u should not let receptionists, cleaners or attenders to Issues Drugs as they wish.. Nothing is right in this Hospital. Worst experience.
I had very bad experiences. This hosptial only have visiting doctors. Half of the time they dont show up and the hospital staff are not aware of it. they just say sorry. there was a scheduled surgey and the hosptial terminated contract with the retina specialist and I dont know where to go. They said we have one more visiting doctor available. the hosptial needs to be well managed with dedicated doctors.
We came from Somalia for my Son Cataract and Retina surgery, We got Operated by Dr Rachitha and Dr Varun, they are very down to earth, explained every detail of my son condition and now my son got Good vision and we are very happy and Staff at the Hospital is very helping and manager is so good, as he took speacial care for my son trearment.
Went for eye check up and tried opticals over there. Initially with limited options of frames I was skeptical, but Anil helped me with selective ranges of frames that I really liked and finally took one. They have a limited but good selection of frames.
This hospital doesn't deserve 1star. Lazy insurence people. They don't know how to speak to the patients, very rude behaviour. They just feel like this hospital is like govt hospital and they are doing charity work. Don't prefer this hospital for surgeries.
Though my spouse Dr. Nilufer has performed more than 4000 surgeries so far, it was a special one today performing cataract surgery successfully for my mother. Proud moment for Bahu / daughter-in-law isn't it I take pride in recommending my spouse Dr. Nilufer for cataract surgeries for our parents and senior folks in friends & family circles. She is also one of the best in LASIK surgeries, Cornea transplants due to her fellowship practice at LV Prasad Eye institute. When a doctor is able to perform surgery on parents, it means they have arrived and there is no stopping for them.
