Nice, Very good service and rooms were amazing. Overall, A Very good stay area
Room is clean and good . All staff also helpful and kind. Only I faced one problem is the gezar not working that's why hot water not coming so I again again call to reception and say that give me bucket for the hot water.
It was my worst experience in a hotel , pathetic staff and the manager is don't know how to behave , no facilities in the room , ac was leaking for the whole night ended up ruining my personal stuff .Manager even asked me for extra money for AC room even after i had done the booking for AC room only . Staff started beating the door at 6 in the morning for money , which is generally after check out .
I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANY PERSON.
PLEASE DONT RUIN YOUR TRIP .
Very bad rooms not at all hygiene.No bedsheets. Lift doesn't work, AC is complaint. Bad service.Only good thing is that it is near to central Station. But u will find cheaper AC rooms even more close to the location.Not ideal place for family.
Its a good cosy hotel very near to Chennai Central Station. Chennai Central Station is at walkable distance from the hotel. The only problem is check in time is 12 PM. Generally people arrive by morning trains/bus. We need to pay extra money to check in early. Everything else is superb.

am regular customer of this Hotel , Location very near to central, Breakfast is simple & good, Service is nice. Reception people's are very adjustable in check in timings. Even if our booked room not available, they will give upgraded room.
Overall Expeience is very nice.
This is one of those hotels who go by more than one dubious names.. listed on OYO as Spot On..but no OYO signage anywhere in the premise. And the reception guy was advising me against paying online.. saying room may not be available..seems like they don't chk online bookings?!
Checked in on a Sunday to find the room priced at 1.3k as worth as sub Rs. 800..no min interiors, toilet quality and window opening to a duct and so.
All the more surprising, they don't have bath towels at check in as they are expecting laundry at 6pm only!
I have been to hotels nearby priced around Rs.800 with decent facilities than this. So avoid if you can at this price.
