Central Referral Hospital - General hospital in Gangtok - East District, India

Loved the nurses and doctors care. Food services and pharmacy drug delivery service was very good and easy for patient party. Management has improved a lot. I am thankful for the nurses for their 24/7 care .

After falling off my motorbike, I have spent more than 10 days in CRH. The doctors, nurses, ward orderlies and all other support staff have been excellent - very professional and very accommodating. I am slowly recuperating and will be leaving in a few days and I am grateful for the excellent service provided by all.

This one star is for two reasons: First, the food served for patients is not at all satisfactory. May be its not that this happens everytime and for all but yes couple of us complained about it. They should check the patients diagnosis properly and prepare the food. Reasons why my patient actually dint like the food: 1. Salty (not preferable for high bp). 2. Veggi/Salad quantity poor (got 4 small pieces of panner & 2 capsicum). 3. Soup was literally water. Second, What's up with the rude tone and irritating faces. I understand they are doing their job but seriously too much attitude. I am talking about the guards (especially female) they should literally learn how to talk with people in a proper manner and use correct tone. Just like a saying "One rotten apple spoils the barren". Rest everything is good.

Doctors, nurses and support staff are very professional and helpful. But lab service is not satisfactory. Taken blood sample three times for the same tests. First samle didn't reached the lab and second sample hemolyzed and got the report on third time. All medicines are not available at pharmacy for insured patient and discharge process is too long in case of insurance.

Management system should be in place, doctor are quite good but the attitude is off the records. We are paying money that's why you are are there, we are giving you all the respect that you deserve but you just talk to us like we are not even humans. CTSCAN staff are the most helpful and they are very polite. Being kind to people who are already suffering doesn't cost you anything infact it makes you human. Oh and that cafeteria food my goodness, it was the horrible food we ever ate. There should be 24 hours Xerox place inside the hospital.

I really like the ambience of the hospital staff..They are well behaved and the nurses took care of the patient very calmly.Thank you Crh for the warm hospitality.

The sisters of label 9 are very curious and helpful to the patient .I have no more words to explain their hospitality towards us.

Nursing service,housekeeping service all good but discharge process should little bit faster for insurance patient. And please keep all medicine at CRH pharmacy.
