I had a horrible experience in the ICU ward no 12. Bedbugs can be seen everywhere. Unhygienic conditions, patients are losing their hope not because of disease but the filthy condition of cleanliness. Doctors are really amazing they do the copy paste from old prescription to the new prescription. For prescribing medicine they take help from Google. Dr. Charan Chadda did his best to make the condition of patients worse. Then at 4 o'clock in the morning the other on duty doctor referred to the other hospital due to the seriousness of the patient. I showed this video to the CMO, she immediately called the nurse and ordered pesticides people. The nurse nodded her head later and told how she could take all the responsibility for these things. I kindly request that their hospital's maintenance and sanitation teams take immediate action to address this concern. Swift and thorough pest control measures need to be implemented to eliminate the bedbug infestation and prevent its recurrence. I understand the challenges that a healthcare facility may face, but the well-being and recovery of the patients must remain the top priority. They don't care.

I visited many times this hospital but everytime I found that the behaviour of doctors and staff members are not good enough to meet the requirements of visitors. Hospital staff members are not supportive in nature hence anyone who visits 1st time this hospital may face many problems. Excluding some exceptions my overall experience at this hospital was not so good. I think, the administration must focus on this issue. The government offices and hospital must be supportive and helpful to every Indian citizen.

Wrost hospitality government staff attended , nurse is not behaving as professional even in ICU bed are so old dated and bedbugs are on whole bed were they don't care about it to clean and pest control on it public toilets all are damaged even not clean also how could a parent will recover at that criteria hospital is run God call

Do not refer the patient untill its extremely critical even if the case is out of their control. My granda ma was treated incorrectly...no proper care n mwdicatmedwas given to her....she was referred to another hospital when she met with tha heart attack and then they started to panic since nobody bothered till then...even the Doctor was not ready to attend her when she got the attack... Not the doctor from other hospital comments on theri treatment stating incorrect and unreliable medicine was given to her.

Worst hospital...! Staff is quite Rude to people accompanying patients, Treatment is average however the people accompanying patients are treated badly and disrespectfully.

Very slow process, i came for medical test regarding RRB recruitment and it took me 2 whole days for the required tests, doctors and staff are arrogant. Doctors will be available for 1- 2 hrs during the whole day.

The Doctors and the Paramedical staff are the best and they provide their best of best services to the benefaceries attending the Divisional Railway Hospital Nagpur.
