We have stayed here for 2 nights. Rooms are quiet decent as compare to the price and location in Darjeeling. The plus point of this hotel is the location. It is only 5 mins walking distance from mall. We haven't tried the food that much. Bathroom is clean as well.
Few things should be improved like - wifi is very slow, Lan phone doesn't work, geyser is shut down without any notice.
Very bad experience in this Rooms are good but Flush not working, many plug point not working, Most of TV channel showing No Signal.Geyser on only 7am to 9am. If you miss the time by any chance you can't bath hole day. Very bad behaviour of The old man, maneger or receptionist I don't know.
The worst hotel I had ever seen. The manager is so rude and arrogant.We booked 4 rooms in this hotel but still they are saying we have to free two rooms and have to go to another hotel , but we have to do lunch and dinner here.What kind of hospitality is this ??? We are 10 peoples with 3 kids .then I saw the reviews about this hotel they always do this with the family tourists to make more money . We are paying them ,why we will do the compromise. So we can just say worst hotel.
This was the worst hotel I had ever seen... The owners are rude and arrogant and management is very poor... We had booked two rooms in this hotel as we are a family of four and it was specified that we certainly want two rooms but still they gave us one room just so they can accommodate more guests... And this is what they usually do, not an innocent mistake, as there was another family the very next day who faced the same dilemma... Since we had already given the money they knew we have no choice so they make us compromise... Whenever we wanted to talk to the manager, that arrogant man had only one thing to say, "Apnader ektu compromise korte hobe, kichu korar nei"... It's his go-to line for every complaint of every guest... Very bad hotel... Please don't go there... We are paying for the hospitality, why should we compromise... There are far better hotels with cheaper rates and better hospitality in Darjeeling... Don't go to this hotel...

Great place to stay in Darjeeling. Kanchenjunga view is available from room veranda. Service is also good. Staffs are very cooperative. Food provided by them is nice. Darjeeling mal is 7-10min walking distance from this hotel. Thanks.
Hotel rooms were quite good but service was terrible. Specially the food one. Not sufficient service was provided. TVs were not available for using. Hotel did not do anything even after requesting. On top of that there is one specific employee named Kanchan with a bizzare attitude. He was mainly appointed to the kitchen and serving. We had a lot of trouble when it comes to food. There was not sufficient food for people. When asked about this he refused to accept his fault, started argue with my brother, uncle and father and cursed at my uncle. The experience was terrible as tourist for us.
