This hospital is extremely stressful. They make patients wait for hours. For admitted patients including ICU patients, they give nothing- no tea, no food, not even water, nor single spoon or plate! Everything has to be taken care by relatives. Even the staff here is fed up that they don't even get tea which is easily there at every office or hospital!cherry on top : Doctor himself told me to order from Zomato! There are no shops/restaurants around to get easily either. Staff are polite with patients, but ICU staff yell at each other for not doing work.
I couldn't be enough thankful to this hospital and dr Jawahirani. In october my father was admitted into this hospital regarding septic infection after 72 hours of patience and outstanding treatment he started recovering. The staff is extremely helpful and dr. Jawahirani is very humble and supportive.. one the best hospitals of nagpur.
Very good hospital.. supportive staff... little overloaded with work and managing peoples... doctors are very good and informative... clear all your queries... moderately expensive... but all the treatment n services u get a that is value for money...
Staff's behavior towards patients is not very good. Many doctors are not experienced. They don't reply to queries appropriately. Doctors are not available in the hospital. No one knows when doctor will come on a routine visit. They made us wait for 2 days to just for 5 min meet with a doctor. Jst one suggestion if they want to make money jst charge us but dont keep us wait like a fool for days just to take discharge from the hospital as our time is also valuable. Good only from hygiene point of view thts why giving 1 star.

Unnecessary charges.. they took 2500 from me for 15mins in their hospital and said that keep patient in ICU for observation for 12 HRS although patient was not at all serious... Looting peoples money
