The only reason why we could stay in the hotel was its location & proximity to the market & our workplace . The front verandah facing the road is good for viewing , walking , sitting . The rooms are ok , just as expected in an old building , but the washrooms are terrible . We changed three rooms in three nights - but alas all were almost the same . The owner Mr. Chawla is a wonderful person , who gave us a very patient hearing & tried his best to solve our issue ; assuring of better washrooms on our next visit after a year. Overall the hotel is ok in terms of human interaction , but lacks some basic amenities.

It's ok but not hygienic and clean as mentioned 3 star standards especially the beds and The wifi is useless; poor network strength.

Shower was not working for the initial 3 days and they repaired it on the last day. There was no stand in the washroom to keep toiletries. Washroom cleanness can be improved.

Location is good for foodies & shoppers. Old world charm , but the washrooms are not upto the mark .

Very nice place centrallly located and easily accessible to historical sites like Imambara, Lucknow zoo, Akbari Gate, Tunday Kabab - Aminabad , they have big rooms and two double beds so if you're 4 people it's a boon prices are reasonable good security & cleanliness

Would be an excellent place to stay if only it was a little cleaner. The rooms don't seem to be cleaned very often, if at all. That was to be expected at that price though.
