over-all experience is very good... doctor are providing thier best service. specially gynaecologist sonika wahi mam... doctors are experienced. child doctor used to visit 2 times a day for baby checkup.. delivery service is quick .hospital is maintained. clean and hygienic.. thanks to all nurses (sisters) and housekeeping staff available on 2floor.
I joined this hospital last year as a nursing staff in icu department. All the doctors and staffs are very nice and loving people. Specially respected doctor satish purwaha sir. I was taken into emergency and I saw the duty staff was extremely prompt and helpful.They neither wasted the time nor asked us to fill additional forms or anything like that. Their priority was to take care of the arisen emergency..Thanku for the service provided.
They will try to convince you even for that treatment which they don't even have in-house. They wlll never refer your patient to a hospital equipped to handle the case
They don't care about the patients, unclean and no doc. or nurse are good here.
3rd class staff they just dont have any sense how to treat and behave i think they are uneducated
In reception they keep on making money by ample numbers of patients in queues without knowing even such numbers of patients can be attended by doctor or not. In last doctor left the patients without attending. It's really unprofessional ethics,we have waited there for more than 3 hours and came to know doctor left for the day. No accountability as well no prior information was given. Sheer wastage of time.
