Central hospital - Hospital in Dhanbad - Dhanbad, India

My experience with this hospital was very nice. One of very best hospital at Dhanbad run by BCCL. The infrastructure and the cleanliness in this hospital was very nice. And I was also very much impressed with the treatments available here...

Under one roof all treatments are available, unlike in most private hospitals in Dhanbad where for some treatments are not available for which patients need to go to other place to get tested. Biggest hospital at Dhanbad which is run by BCCL. This hospital is more than 71 years old as of the year 2022.

It's not a hospital, It's your deathbed, if you choose to come here. I would have given it a negative rating if that would have been possible. Every single thing is wrong with this place. From doctor's availability to nurses capabilities, unclean environment, unprofessional, dumb and arrogant staff. A lot of my closed ones and neighbours have died here and not because of the disease but because of negligence. I was also admitted here for 2 months just for typhoid and they were not able to treat it and when I decided to see a private clinic, I got better within a week. I just had to take one medice for it. that's all. These people dont even know how to diagnose a patient. I wish someone could cancel the license of the hospital or maybe just crash the entire building down. Please go for private clinics because you shouldn't compromise with your health.

I gave A STAR just because of nurse attitude and the way they treat with patients . Currently my mother admitted to hospital for knee replacement and she need skin injection(i don't know exactly) Nurse inject injection not in a proper way. It damaged that area very badly, doctors also told us that they don't give injection in proper way. My mother unable to identify that nurse

Good hospital all type treatment is available

I have been extremely disappointed by the staffs , they are not corporative and their service describe how people as quibble about government hospital and they all was right in saying that. although they maintained the neatness and that's how people fooled by.

It is absolutely useless, no doctor comes on time, nurse people, no one speaks properly, nothing happens here everything is useless

Never take your dear ones in this hospital, they are disgusting. They Neglect general ward patient till his condition worsens and reaches to ICU, again patient calls their family member for water and food intake, because no one comes to see the patient and help them to drink water and help to eat. Even if patient cries in pain, they don't check by assuming he is ok as he is admitted in general ward. Family members were not allowed to even see once and finally he returned on stretcher lifelessss and we are regretting for our mistake, that why we trusted them and admitted my father here.
