Facilities of this holiday home are equal to 3 star hotel. 1.5 km away from MG marg. Lift, AC, Hot water available. Charges 300 to 900 for central government employee.

Wonderful place for staying at a prime location in Gangtok. Nice rooms with balcony. Rooms are clean and well maintained with all required amenities. Staff is also very helpful and well behaved.

Our whole group stayed in three separate rooms. 305 was good, had a nice balcony with mountain view. VIP suite (Dzongri) was exceptional with a guest drawing room, a balcony and a bedroom. For guest booking, it costs a whooping 2700/-. Overall cleanliness maintained to a certain level. Condition of rooms 103, 203 are horrible. They are damp, smelly, untidy with damaged wood flooring. Food was tasty and cost efficient but always served late (only Dining Hall). Geyser available. Don't expect any room service. Might not book again.

Rooms are big and have all amenities. However, they are a bit untidy, lack of proper maintenance. However, at this price, it worthy. For food, menus are limited. You will only get what they have prepared for that day. No room service is available and you have to eat in the dinner room. Staff are good and well behaved. Try to co-operate as much as they can.

The rooms were amazing especially with the price we had to pay. They were working understaff so the question of providing services to your room was ruled out. The food was prepared fresh but it was not upto the mark. But the location was just opposite KFC and it was 2km away from the mall road but there was no problem of taxi.

Very nice place for Central Government employee. You have to book online in advance. But dont book any tour or hire any car from travel agent which number is at reception. Go to MG road and there is a lot of travel agent. They will give you good car in cheap rate. Always book SUV for nathula.
