We had many bitter and unforgettable experiences in this(Anna Nagar )dispensary.(Some better Dispensaries too are there in the City).The staff, pharmacists and even the medical officers here in Anna Nagar were very arrogant, unfriendly and insincere.Our aged mother with severe paralysis had been made to climb the stairs, since the only available wheel chair was not operable and the medical officers also didn't come down to attend such patient. One lady medical officer insisted us to speak only in Hindhi since she didn't know any other language(s).We also didn't know Hindhi. Another lady m.o(appeared to be a native of Kerala) was very arrogant and none of the patients dared to consult her and mostly she had no patients to attend.It was a blessing in disguise for her and she used to come late and go early just whiling away the little time she was available and drawing the same salary on par with other sincere M.Os.But there were one or two sincere M.Os and had unmanageable work load of attending too many patients since the other two were not duty-conscious.Those sincere ones were on duty even beyond their duty hours.(One of them was Dr.Sita,if I remember correctly.She too was not available after some period)We are thankful to such dedicated officers. Most of the time we could consult here only on my leave since the priority upto 9am for patients who were serving employees, was not at all honoured and also the priority for senior citizens(my parents were more than 80 and 75 years old) was also not honoured.Such situations were very discouraging and we didn't have confidence in consulting this dispensary.The staff in the front office were also not well informed, misleading and evasive. We are trying to forget all these and still we are not able to and hence this.We feel guilty that we could not afford a medical care of good quality in their old age.

A neat dispensary for CG pensioners for treating OPD and for referral to empaneled hospitals with allopathy siddha and homeopathy streams.

Access to CGHS wellness centre is very inconvenient to retired aged people. Construction and road work has been going on for years not finished yet, car parking is another headache. Good for only those residing in revenue office quarters. Doctors don't have basic equipment or BP Machine machine stethoscope and

Good Doctors & helpful staff. Medicines are mostly available.

All DRs are very good showing patience listening the patients politely

Good services for aged people and also others. They attend to the people immediately you enter and solve your quaries and advise accordingly for the next. Nurses are very Cooperative including Reception. Thanks they should maintain the same in future as people visit with lot of expectation.

It's services are confined to Central Govt Staffs only including pensioners Free service Free medicines
