Nice garden. Green lawn to sit and relax for a while in NIT campus.
Situated inside the NIT campus, Central Garden is well maintained and beautifully constructed garden. Seating arrangements are available and a small pond is there. A nice place to sit, discuss or wait. During cultural festivals, the garden is decorated very well.

First Independence Day at NIT RAIPUR....missed hoisting of flagarrived 5 minutes just after flag hoisting...and didn't enjoy any program as paying Shraddhanjali to state governor who passed away on 14th August 2018...could not take selfies also....NCC cadets gave their best mind blowing...I was more interested to have selfie with them but could not take...no issues we will have some day
In nit thier are 2 gardens central garden and left garden bt left garden is small as comparison to central one when sitting on central graden it gives nice view of nit main building mamy fairs also takes place here which are organized here

Nice clean and well developed. Only draw back is poor approach road. Nice gated area but no security on the gates, seems there is no RWA. Cost between 20-40 lacs for flats and row house respectively. It seems cheap but land area is just 1000 sq ft.
