Very Bad Experience. KYC Done Inspite Of Messages Coming To Do KYC....
The services offered are not satisfactory. It takes more than 8months to issue a debit card even after filing form twice. No call are answered in the branch for any inquiry. Passbook printing machine stays out of order very often. Other queries which were reported at the branch are also not resolved for more than 6months now.
very pathetic bank service. never answer honestly to customers staff was very egotistical answer for visitors or existing customers just because of customers you ruining your business and you showing your redecules attitude to customers what kind of service you are providing.need to shutter down of your branch
No professionalism at all. Telephone line is always busy 365 days. They are proving that it is "sarkari bank" good keep it up. Don't give better service or don't modify your services. Good.
