Central A Boutique Hotel - Hotel in Belagavi - Belagavi, India

We stayed here overnight. The hotel is centrally located and very convenient. Room and washroom was neat and clean, however very small with no view at all. They had only one charging point in the room which was very inconvenient and no place to keep the phone while charging. Overall the hotel and restaurant staff was cooperative. Except for a few cons, the hotel was good and we had a pleasant stay!!

A very good hotel. The receptionist is very friendly. I forgot her name. But should improve on the dosa they make in buffet. It is neither tamilnadu nor Karnataka style. Should improve in dosa. Rooms are perfect and everything else is perfect.

The food is awesome. The restaurant incharge Kamlesh from Uttrakhand is a nice guy and he guides you through the menu perfectly. The food has a very good flavour and quantity. Both the restaurants are very good. The bartender also makes the perfect mixes.

Superb experience right from Location of Hotel to Room layout/ cleanliness & quality of Food / Breakfast. Special mention for the professional yet personalized touch offered by each of their staff members - Be it the Operation Manger/ Front desk staff/ kitchen staff or even the security guard. Entire staff seems very well trained. YET FEW THINGS TO IMPROVE: - Inclusion of a refrigerator / room bar ( If possible) - Huge parking but one must ensure it's proper flooring with marking. This hotel is awesome. The staff and the manager Mr. Mario is very helpful and very service minded. Very high standard of service. The executive room that I booked was super nice, clean, bright with a huge collection of comfortable pillows, very spacious and luxurious like a room in a 5 star hotel. Highly recommended.

Location:Hotel Central is located in the heart of Belgaum. Rooms: The rooms at Hotel Central are too small. They could be cleaner. Also they do not have any of the amenities that you would expect from a more boutique or upscale hotel including work desk. Service: The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. When I asked for the room tariff, the staff member rudely told me to check the ratecard myself. I told him that this was not the way to treat customers, and he later apologized after I said that I would post a review. Food: The breakfast buffet was horrible. There was no buffet, and I had to order each and every item and it was time consuming. Overall: I would not recommend Hotel Central to anyone. It is overpriced for what it is, and the service is not uptothemark. If you are looking for a hotel in Belgaum, I would recommend staying at UK 27 anyday or the Marriott. They are both much better hotels with excellent service.

Central: Convenience and Spacious rooms, but inconsistent experience. We recently stayed at Central, a boutique hotel located near the highway and close to the bus stand. Situated in a busy area, the hotel offers easy access to various amenities such as medical shops, restaurants and eateries. One of the positive aspects of Central is the responsive security guards who ensure the safety of guests. Their attentiveness adds a sense of security and peace of mind during the stay The hotel provides ample car parking for both bikes and cars, which is convenient for guests travelling in their own vehicles. Additionally, the availability of kids' channels on television ensures that children have entertainment options and won't get bored. The rooms at Central are spacious, clean and well-organised, offering a comfortable and hygienic environment. This attention to cleanliness and room maintenance is commendable. However, there was some area that could be improved to enhance the overall experience. Firstly, the reception could have provided a warmer greeting to guests, as a friendly welcome can make a significant difference in the stay. Additionally, the food quality was not up to par, and there were instances where certain food items were not refilled when they ran out. The tea and coffee were disappointing and as a result, we skipped breakfast during our stay. Another concern was the lack of attention to detail by the staff. The shampoo and conditioner were not refilled for a couple of days, despite the room being cleaned. Moreover, the hotel only provided one toothbrush, even though the booking was for two adults. These oversights were disappointing and could have been avoided with better room management. One issue that affected our stay was the excessive noise generated by the air conditioning units. Upon discussing this with the technician, we were informed that all the rooms had the same behaviour. It was surprising that the receptionist was unaware of this problem, and it would be beneficial for the hotel staff to be informed about such issues to better assists guests. Considering the overall experience, believe Central may be more suitable for business trips rather than family stays. There are numerous other options available in the area that offer better amenities and family-friendly accommodations at similar prices. It would be advisable for families to explore these alternatives . I have stopped here number of times on the way to goa from mumbai via belgaum. I have stopped here in mornings when I had enjoyed the break-fast buffet & I have also stopped here for snacks & refreshments in evening. Frankly all my previous visits in the morning for break-fast buffet was all good it was Rs. 199/- + taxes. It was totally worth it. But my last visit on 1-June-2023 was totally waste. Normally they will keep the all foods fresh but on this date they have kept all old food in buffet which was really a surprise. Sandwiches, medu-wada and even idli were not good. I did talked to manager-in-charge and told him that we were not expecting such bad food if some one is paying Rs.250 + taxes. He waived off 1 out of 3 but sadly I am not going to go to this restaurant again for morning break-fast especially in Belgaum where I feel food is really done nicely. My advice is to check the buffet & eat. If it does not look fresh just do not. They need to also make the service lot faster. If you order some thing it takes like more than 30 mins to bring the stuff to table. No kidding.
