My uncle was admitted in this hospital but doctors are very arrogant, specially Dr. Sushant Charde and somebody there is staff had stolen my uncle's money which was available when we have admitted him at the hospital. The Director was also very arrogant Pankaj Nimbalkar and He didn't have manners to talk with patients family members. While complaining about this issue with director they directly giving us warning that they complaint against us to the police. This is very wrong and even they didn't accept there mistakes. They didn't hand over our patients cloths while admitting at the hospital and not even fill up any form.

It's an average hospital you come here because you want value for money. Doctors are qualified but obviously because of cost the services is not that great. I have attached important documents with this review so that you get the idea of what you are getting into.

Admin support was exceptional in all matters from the date of admission to discharge at Center point hospital nagpur.

Worst hospital. Never recommend to admit any patient here. staff and RMO are very irresponsible. Sisters are untrained. In ICU, sister were interested only to complete their orders written on treatment sheet by Dr, but they were showing complete negligence for patient care like bed making, sponging, oral cleaning. Sister were unaware of importance of keeping insulin in cold place. She kept insulin on bedside Locker in room air. She replied 'in our hospital we keep insulin outside. For discharge procedure proper over was not handed over by duty rmo, and when I asked sister about progress of discharge procedure, until that time file was not transferred for discharge procedure discharge was given in the morning 11am but file was not processed till 5pm After 5 hr they started discharge procedure in the evening .

I had the worst experience with the hospital when my mother was admitted in January due to UTI which got worsened due to covid. They charged us exhorbitantly and told us that we can discharge the patient only after her insurance got over . Also, we were told that one of her kidney stone measured 25mm and we were also given the reports for the same. We took her to pune and got her checkes by a good urologist and he did not find any 25mm stone in her sonography as well as xray. This is making us think that the centre point hospital took us for a ride. They were also insisting that we agree for kidney stone surgery in their hospital but thanks to god that we took her out of that hospital. Also, the doctor (DR. Sushant Charde) who treated my mother was very arrogant.Please treat the patient's family with a bit of empathy as they are going through hell when their dear ones are in ICU. I personally will never suggest anyone to visit this hospital , even if it is the last hospital on earth.

Hospital treatment is worst. Just money eaters. We had a bad experience. My mom got admitted there from some kind of chest pain. So they finally diagnosed that she got a heart attack and kept her in ICU and asked us for angiography. We spent 4 days there and bill came 30000 approx. Again same thing happened to my mom, we admitted her again and again they were saying that she got an attack. We got a doubt and we shifted my mom to cardiologist and he found that she do not have any heart issues. They were just gastritis. The center point hospital has done an ECG and claiming that the heart rhythms are improper. We took the same report and verified with other cardiologist and found that the ECG graph was normal. One counselor is in Center Point Hospital who always talk about the money and charges. He do not have to do anything with patient. They put the complete hospital on the RMOs and that counselor says that we have skilled RMOs. But they don't know how to read ECG graph. Very bad diagnosis. If you feel some uneasiness, they will ask you to admit directly in ICU. And daily there is counseling happens that how much amount you will need to be paid for further treatment. I request you all beware of Center Point Hospital. I know these kind of things are being done by many Multispecality hospitals but we got a live experience with this hospital. Instead, I would suggest to try any private hospital which is specialized for that domain only. Like there is only one doctor who owns the complete hospital. He would be more responsible doctor.

It is a very good hospital. My wife was admitted on 16.04.2021 and discharged on 28.04.2021. I thank entire Covid Team of doctors for everything. The doctors are very good. The administration is good and strict as required. Rules and regulations are properly framed and followed. Every day without fail the on duty doctors calls us and gives the entire status of the patient. No one is allowed to meet the patient. Earlier I was not so happy regarding this. But later I realized that it is for the benefit of the patient and their relatives. All the staff is agile and very cooperative. I would like to especially thank Dr Pankaj Nimbalkar for the efforts he is putting in for control of Covid. We had arranged for some medicines from our side but he said that he already has all the necessary medicines and that I should not bother. He assured me that the patient will take time but will be alright. He kept his word. I am extremely happy.

Not deserve even a single star. Worst experience had in this hospital, because of their lethargic behaviour our patient lost his leg, and his life got ruined because of the doctor of this hospital. Hospital sirf paise lootne m laga rehta h... patient ki jaan ki kuch parwaah nahi rehti inhe....Never ever submit ur patient here...U can admit him to Aureus Hospital near by.
