well! from the first day of my Booking it was very interesting when I entered in the showroom I interact with sales person Mr. Anurag Khan who is well behaved and honest toward his work very helpful to choose me the right model of Kia Sonet as per my requirement. From test drive to booking, financing and final delivery Anurag & Celica KIA - Howrah very active, cordial and co-operative. Also from finance team Supriyo Banerjee guided me very well through out the process .Finally after 2 month of waiting period I Got my Car Kia Sonet HTX. Overall satisfied with the service.

I bought my Kia Sonet HTX IMT from Celica Kia - Howrah showroom in Feb 2021. Over all experience was good in terms of test drive ( drove the car 20+ kms ) , feature explained by the sales person, over all showroom ambience & delivery experience. The only issue was the waiting period, but it is pan India problem with every Kia dealer, but after meeting GM- Sales Mr Abir, he arranged the car very quickly, so special thanks to him. I would also like to thank Mr Ritesh ( my sales guide ) to guide me to pick the best variant and took me to car shade to show all the colors available. Hope to get good services from Celica Kia in future in terms of rendering after sales service.
