To start with the place was way inside from the road. Security guard will be there whole day but not at the night. The main purpose of security guard is that he have to be there in night. There will be no caretaker if guests needs something. Garden and pool area is not clean. Caretaker will ask more money for everything. Electricity went out 3 times in single night. Not worth the money, as per the property.

Overall the Property is Awesome for a Group of 8 to 10 people..... Caretaker is very helpful and help in getting whatever you need. Property is pretty clean.... Rooms are slight small but there is a living room as well hence can adjust easily........ Many options for indoor games nd for outdoor small space playing cricket plus badminton and basketball too. Perfect place for Planning a weekend getaway with friends nd family

Lovely and spacious vacation home. It has everything that is needed for a large group to enjoy. Property is quite widespread. It has big and clean Swimming pool. The pool is big enough for 5-7 people. Close to Mumbai, Surrounded by greenery and away from the touristy crowds and traffic jams. Amazing place for weekend party with friends and family. They have a great staff and food is also good. We had a great experience... Recommended

We visited this place few days back for the first time and unfortunately they failed to meet our expectations considering the rate they charge. No value for money, should range between 8-10k/night as per other options available in the market. Caretaker: 3/5 Security: 1/5 watchmen was badly drunk and found sleeping on the gate in the evening itself. Then we called up a care taker and he arranged his replacement. Food: decent restaurants available in the nearby area which provides home Delivery as well. Indoor games: Carrom is not maintained properly, dart is useless, swimming pool is small (good for kids), we only enjoyed playing cricket. we had opted for barbecue and bonfire services by paying extraa..as per caretaker the watchman is supposed to help us out with above activities but he was drunk so they sent a amateur guy who didn't know how to make a barbecue so we all helped him and grilled the chicken ourselves. Gist is...there is a-lot of room for improvement and per day rent can be restructured so people will not expect much. Thanks

A piece of mind stay, Good place to stay with friends & family with lovely small pool which is icing on the cake. Would definetly visit again.

I went to this amazing villa with my cousins and had an amazing experience....Everything was perfect...Villa was neat and clean,nicely maintained rooms were spacious and comfortable...Living area was quite big enough to spend time playing, talking together.. Washrooms were clean,Kitchen was maintained ... Cutlery need to be changed. Swimming pool was neat and clean and we thoroughly enjoyed. The care taker was very polite and warm..Helped us by all means. Would love to visit again and recommend for all types of trips... Thank u Mr.Yash... we had an amazing time

Interiors of the place are really bad, not at all how it looks like in the pictures. Very poorly maintained. Staff had to be told repeatedly to clean the premises. Only one bedroom has an attached bathroom out of the three. Pool was also very dirty with moss at the bottom. The one star is only for the outdoor activities provided at the place. But overall not worth the price.
