Very nice resorts for family stay and outing, It has gym and indoor games like snooker, table tennis, shuttle...we can play cricket, basketball, they are providing everything to play . For the swimming pool we need to carry nylon clothes only. Rain dance on customer demand. If the cottage is long then cab facility also available for free of cost. Very humble and helpful staff. Served a delicious breakfast. Overall a very nice stay

Today I have visited this Resorts The Person at the Reception was Fully Arrogant. He had spoken with me in a Rude behaviour. He doesn't know how to speak with the People who came to Enquire about the Resorts .He thinks that He is the Owner of the Resorts . We booked an executive room on the same day been a weekend was expensive. Pros- Not very far for the city. Pleasent n comfortable room expected a bathtub in executive room but ok...for 1 night. Food in the restaurant is very delicious also the morning breakfast. Swimming pool was clean also the kids play area. Go carting was not available. Cons- don't expect anything once you check in they don't bother much...called for sugar spoon and water but can't get in room service. Also the power went and came several times a day.
Service Staff think that they are the owners....no respect to customers. Infact zero customer service. Owner has to think on on boarding hospitality trained staff otherwise based on current competition market with in few year this resort will be no longer preferable from customers.
