The villa and society are good but not the locality. The area is not safe at all as it is in the center of a village. The area is full of local mafias and rowdies.

One of the best villas in the outskirts of Bangalore. It is no less than a resort. It has large areas of greens and gardens. Only sad thing is, they are chopping away trees nearer to the hosue thinking it might damage the walls. This will lead to increased temperatures in the coming years and no shade as well. Instead they should try to keep trees at a good distance and help maintain the originality of Bangalore

This is ok, ok place,, this layout formed more than kilometer from main road , layout wise looks good, all amenities inside, earlier this place was total remote area, fear to walk day broadlight, in this layout a villa is one half crores it might be worth !!!!

Beautiful, well maintained residential villas. Management is good, security is good... Good options for kids to play in the park.. Nice walking areas.. Friendly people..

Recently went to this place.Villas are quite good. Ample parking space available. Kids area is not well maintained, Club house is under construction. If you want to enjoy the nature and want to keep away from crowd then this will be good place. It's 1Km away from the main road.

Not bad, good place to be in, the ambience is pretty good but expensive compared with the other options. If you buy it , at the end of the day you will be guaranteed some satisfaction. Awesome area and the neighborhood is super friendly with people of all age groups. Your kids will be happy to as the place has a skating rink and an auditorium for ice skating.
