Some rooms have no windows to look out from the room. While some rooms have a lake view window. Though all rooms are spacious and well maintained. Room service is good. Food is excellent. Much better than nearby restaurants. The Gumanpura market is at a distance of 600-700ms only.

Slow room service for food ordered. Took half an hour for it to arrive even though it wasn't a busy season in the hotel.

Room was little smelly but space was good. It can be asked from staff to spary some frangrance for smell both in room and washroom. Location i was expecting near some market but it was average location. Staff helps if asked for soemthing like iron and other things.

This was my second stay with this property in last 7 months but this time they have shown their original colors when you got a discount for being their regular visitor and they have to cover those discount by hook or crook. ( by charging you for extra 1 hour changing the check out time accordingly or earlier they will say we will give you complimentary and at the time of check out they will charge you) . Worst place to organise any party in their banquet hall,3 reasons I wud like to share bcoz I did the same mistake which you are going to make probably (1)The staff is very rude,it's like they are doing favour for you (2)The service is pathetic,they deliberately slow the speed of serving to reduce consumption (3)No wifi inside the banquet coz it's underground,your speakers will wait the buffering to end till your function ends. And top of it at the end the staff will come to you for 'NEK' (tip) for the very good service they have provided(in their dreams)

Hotel location is very good, rooms are neat and clean and very spacious, very good continental breakfast and room service is best. Rates are reasonable. I like hotel and recommend for best stay at Kota.
