The food here is good, you can go to enjoy with your family and there are many options of pay veg here and everything is in the budget, not expensive
Taste of food was good. But the maintenance is very poor. No proper cleanliness. Order takes too much time . Service was very bad and slow. Asked for tissue many times but didn't got it .
It's the worst restaurant with the worst customer service. I ordered food from this restaurant in a train and they delivered stale items as well as took the payment two times denying they didn't receive the online payment.
I ordered bengali egg thali during my train journey which was pathetic. The eggs were stale and tasted disgusting,rotis had ants moving in them and pungent in taste. Even the dal served was not fresh. Only thing edible was pulao.overall very bad experience..i had to throw most of the items and so a total waste of money!!!
WORST PLACE you could ever visit. I just can't say this place a restaurant, cause this isn't a restaurant. And you can trust me on this, cause I am also a chef.
It's just a place where you'll get unhygienic food and bad service experience. First they took almost 45-50 minutes for serving my order. And then, the taste of the food was just can't bearable. As a chef, I can tell you that the chicken I was served was not fresh. Plus the gravy was only oil with some scattered veggies and it was stinking. It was that much bad that I lost my appetite.
Then, I ordered an ice cream, for which they charged just double the MRP. The serving and clearance was also very pathetic.
At the end, I would suggest you to go somewhere else if you don't want to waste your money. My experience here was very very bad

Terrible Service. I placed an order through zoop and they straight up lied to me on the phone and did not deliver my order. The person on the phone will stop receiving the phone after you call once and don't refund the order. This restaurant is a fraud
