Very very slow processing to get a discharge summary only too much of drama. Hardly few people atleast respond for our queries after multiple calls. Billing section definitely require some action to be improved so far that's the issue I have faced. Really Pathetic service. Who so ever runs the show please take care I can see most of the reviews are not favoured to hospital and overall rating is around 2.9.

Very bad experience in NICU department, negative experience from nursing staff they are not wearing face masks even they are having cold and sneezing they kept our twins pre-mature babies for 3 weeks, now they transferred our babies to MIMS Hospital Calicut. Labor room staff and doctors are quite good. Dr. Shashikala Muraleedharan is a good gynecologist. The radiologist keeps us waiting out side with our critical pre-matured baby even we booked hours ago by the nurse guidance we found 2 more patients inside the radiology room with no face mask the radiologist didn't wear hands gloves nurses stay away from radiology room and we parents hold the baby! Finally Dr. Comments the X-ray is not clear! They drive us crazy...! Just Saying sorry is not the solution! Hannath Nawas

It was a very good experience from CM Hospital this time. Dr Abdul salam and Dr Subair ENT experienced doctors ..Good care.. a nurse (name unknown) gave us very good service. Good service was also provided in the emergency department for taking xrays and lab tests. Authorities should take care to manage customer care pharmacy congestion.. Thanks 4 all staff..

Have negative experience from staff nurse cashuality...negligence @ CEEYAM Hospital Pvt Ltd Vadakara (owner).. as usual reply 'sorry for in convience'..I have added complaint on hospital complaint book on date 07 April 2023
