On time proper services and maintenances

Sales department is good.. but service is very poor.. I personally had bad experiences.. though they are servicing many vehicles everyday, they can't find issues properly.. customer dealings also needs to be improved at service section..

Executives here in this showroom are good, know better about the vehicles. During this Covid19 pandemic time, they should be more hygiene and should wear the mask always (suggestion). Some of them were not wearing the mask all time, when i approached them for enquiring about vehicles. I have not done any service from here.

Really had a bad experience.. today, I had given my bike for some battery issue in the morning... they Told me to collect in the evening.... when I went there... (Everyone was busy....) Let me explain ... Three guys and a lady was there... Everyone was busy sitting together and watching video clip tik tok, I have been standing there, even interpret them , no was replying, no value for costumers, good service when you go to buy the bike.. after that..when u bought the bike . U r of no use... only sales matters

Good service

Service is okay. But they lack much facilities, and having space constraints, so they are taking so much time for service to be done.

Good service provided. Service floor is very small for the number of vehicles serviced.

Very bad service. And bad behaviour to customers..
