Very good property at this price. it has a huge play ground/park for children's. Also, the service staff was very cooperative. This property is on kufri-chail road. if you are looking for a property away from crowd, then this is perfect option. food was average. check-in was smooth. they have enough parking.
A lovely place with mind blowing views. One of the best sunset points to enjoy a mesmerizing sunset . Food is also good just like home but the must try savoury item is vegetable Maggi..The rooms are well maintained but washroom can be a lil issue. The only problem is that the place is 12kms away from main Kufri so you better keep your car along. But even if you don't have one ...it's a perfect getaway from busy life..Can spend 3 days easily in this hotel with wonderful view and short trekks nearby.

The view was very good. The location is awesome. But the entire experience was ruined by the extremely rude and inhospitable behaviour of the staff.(except 1) Any of the regular requests were bluntly denied (extra towel being one). Cisterns in the washroom didn't function properly.There was no water the second day in the washroom and the service was utterly slow.
It was a Amazing place... we had great fun there.. and the owner of this property is a amazing person Mr @Aviral Jain also he groomed their staff so well. We got fabulous service from his staff and the food was amazing... overall the best place for the chill with family friends.
It is a very good place to spend a night or two with family or friends. The approach to this resort however is very dangerous, and not at all recommended for smaller cars. Staff is rude. This can be an excellent place if staff is trained to welcome people.
There are many cons of this place- very remotely located on a secluded hill top with no direct access to outside world, you cannot go anywhere if you don't have your own vehicle and depend on the mercy and monopoly of the hotel which charges a premium for calling taxis; food is really expensive with limited options and not value for money but you have no choice as you are on a hilltop; the rooms are pretty expensive with old styled infrastructure including broken window panes,pests, insects,spiders and my room had no telecom!Washrooms were ok,parking is fine, little playground for children which doesn't makes it suitable to be called as resort. The only saving grace is the beautiful views and hospitality which doesn't gives any brownie points.... disappointed
CHEATS. BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL
We had very bad experience of this hotel, food and its owner.
I had booked it via booking.com for 5 nights. First of all we had to argue with the manager to give us room that we booked. Pictures shown on booking.com of rooms were different than what they were giving us. We finally got the room as the entire resort was empty. (Was surprising and questioned our choice).
Rooms were dirty, stained carpets, uncleaned windows for ages, sofa full of dust, sockets not working, spiders in the room, And list goes on.
Food was pathetic, the dal and subji came with pungent smell that we couldn't stand. During the stay, my kid puked twice and my wife got loose motions.
The location is super remote with no good restaurants around. The road to resort is extremely dangerous. We were left to suffer to resort food.
With bad food and no options and deteriorating health we decided to check out.
The booking was done via booking.com and the owner mentioned that he is suppose to charge the cancellation fees that goes to booking.com and he cannot bear the loss, I somehow convinced him to waive off the remaining days charge to which he took 3rd stay charge at 1/4th price (while we stayed only two nights). After argument we left the property and in hurry we did not even take the invoice. We said to ourselves it was a bad experience to leave with. HOWEVER WHEN I CHECKED THE BOOKING.COM, IT SAID PROPOERTY CANCELLED THE STAY - "No-show fees waived, by property", while we paid for 3 nights + Cancellation. When we argued with owner on putting up bad reviews he mentioned he does not bother about the reviews. And now he tells his agent(booking.com) that customer did not show up, so I cannot put reviews on Booking. com
Money wasted is wasted but I don't want others to suffer the same. This resort either needs change of management thinking or shutdown. Dear Mr. Owner, you are in service industry, if you think reviews won't matter to you, I'm sorry you should not be in this business
