Good place. Nice and tasty food. Tried many dishes all were excellent. Pork dishes was very good

Restaurant looks cool and classy. Customer service is good. Taste wise everything is fine. But they can add some more items to their menu. And even some deserts in menu were not available. Ambience is good.

Plenty of parking, easily accessible from MC road, Good ambience and tasty food.

Its an good restaurant. Food was good not great a bit pricy for the quality.

Family and myself visited ceaser Palace on 30 November at 1 pm for lunch. We had lunch at outside bar and restaurant at left side of main building. Airconditioning was horrible and staff even not doesn't know how to operate and make it room cool. It was one of the worst experience ever I had at kottayam. I feel so sorry to my family had to spend a horrible time over there. We were planned to book rooms for international guests and national guests for our daughters wedding but we dropped our plans and highly upset about what happened there.

I recently dined and had mixed feelings about my experience. The ambience was good, setting the perfect mood for a memorable dining experience. However, when it came to the food, I must say I was quite disappointed.

This place is totally transformed after the renovations. The restaurant is really nice with a glass window throughout on one side. Seating is comfortable. And I must tell you there's a lot of things on the menu. It's quite good. Loved the service, the ambience but maybe they can improve on the taste. Although some of the dishes were nice others were quite disappointing. Chicken tikka masala and tandoori chicken were really nice. Chapathi, parotta and kulcha were also great. Karimeen pollichathu was amazing. So was mushroom kadai. I didn't like the French fries. Manchow soup tasted very meaty. Gulab jamun were really overpriced. Two tiny pieces for 100 bucks would only be acceptable if it's that good. But this tasted like the grocery store packet gulab jamuns. Lastly my biscuit pudding was so hard I literally blew off a piece trying to cut through it with a spoon. Also I really wished they served cocktails.

Ridiculously overpriced. 200Rs for meals but only 3 curry and banana payasam. Now a days nobody gives that cheap payasam. Not worth at all. Fish piece they give is tiny as well. This meals is worth 90Rs only. But for fine dining experience they can can 140Rs. However waiters are polite, professional and good mannered. They all shave properly. They all know the price of items without checking the menu. However very bad experience. Atleast add few more curries. The beans mezhukkuperatty i got was burnt. Also there was a dead insect in the jug which i have shown the waiter. Very very bad. I have given 2 stars for the fine dining experience and professional waiters.
