Door access card not working, everytime I went out, every time I had to call receptionist. Even water was not provided by hotel. Receptionist said I can buy the same from shop outside. Frequent power issue. AC is getting turned off frequently. Last night power was not there completely, Had sleep issue. Then at morning I left as it was terrible experience. After all these they are asking for tip, where I had to come down from 4th floor to Ground with heavy luggage, as phone donot work there & lift was also not working as power was not there.
PLEASE AVOID !!!!!! Hotel staff behaviour is not at all good. Specially the receptionist. Our room was till 1 Am in night . We checked out at 4 Am we discussed in the night with receptionist he said it will cost you Rs 200 extra per room but in the morning he took rs 2000 extra for each room. My suggestion please avoid !!!!!!
Hotel is okay, Near to bus stand, but I think they don't have generator. Suffered power cut for one hour.
Hotel ambiance is very good. Bathrooms are clean. Blankets are not provided instead bedspread provided. Water droplets were coming from ac. Even after informed no once came to check. Bed, pillow and bed sheet cleanliness can be maintained... over all good stay but cost can be a bit less.
The hotel is located near the bus stand. That's the only advantage. Apart that it's a very normal hotel.
Well clean & maintained property. Very close to bus stand . We stayed just for one night. I checked inn the hotel 8pm & check out 7: 45 pm. they provide room for 24 hours. I will Definitely recommend to my friends for stay in this Hotel. There is no restaurant in side the hotel but so many restaurant is available on walkable distance. I enjoyed the stay. When ever I will visit tirupati. I would like to stay in this place.
Hello all, back with hotel review. Now I really don't give a one star to anyone but this hotel is not even worth that. Honestly nothing is right in this place. The staff (only 2 ppl ) don't speak any language other than telgu. 2. No house keeping in hotel, the ac in most rooms don't work, the TV in most rooms don't work, the toilet fittings are loose and dirty. If we complain they say it's as it is. I changed the room twice in 2 days stay and both time I had difficulties in explaining them about the condition of the room. Even public toilets are better than this hotel. Very disappointed by this. I really recommend the owner's either change the staff or try to maintain the property in a professional way. No photographs were taken as I felt it not worth to even post it. Please avoid
Location of hotel near Tirupati bus stand. Room is good and but no basic amenities like drinking water, soap, etc not provided. The room which I stay is having high sound when AC is ON.
