We recently bought the Thar 4 x 4 top end, diesel automatic model. The said vehicle was delivered to me in record time. With utmost care and compassion showed by the CBC Trivandrum team. The highest regard goes to the CBC's Managing Director, Mr. John, who has gone beyond his senior role in the organisation and supported me at each and every step. He then connected me with Mr. Bijili and Mr. Vinod, with who's support I was able to get my vehicle delivered in a timely manner. They took care of all the requirements and I did not have to face any hassles. During my onboarding experience, I also got the opportunity to connect with Mr. Biju from the customer experience team and and Mr. Hari from the service centre. Both of them also being utmost professional and customer oriented. Being our very first brand-new vehicle, we were super excited. The enthusiasm shown by the CBC team was commendable. They automatically became part of our happy moment and ensured that we felt special. So far, I haven't faced any issues whatsoever. And I am hoping that there aren't any in the near future also. Very happy with my experience at CBC Mahindra. Booked an XUV700 AX7L D AT in the end December 2022. They promised a fast delivery at the time of booking. Recieved the vehicle on 17th March 2023. The staffs are very friendly and helpful throughout the process. Mr Vinod, ASM gave me frequent updates. Once the car was in transit from factory, he pretty much gave me updates on daily basis. The processes were very transparent, they were open for me to do the PDI at yard when the vehicle arrived and gave me a very good insurance quote. The registration, PDI, installation of accessories etc took a total of 7 working days. Overall, very happy with the experience. Wishing them all the very best.
