CBA Fitness GYM - Gym in Hyderabad, Nallagandla - Ranga Reddy, India

Have been going here for 3 months now. I am amazed to see the changes in my body. Excellent place to workout. Trainers are very knowledgeable. Equally good for men and women. 2 floors, consisting of weight training, cross fit and cardio.

Equipment is good, clean gym, humble staff. Lack of enough ventilation or air flow will make you suffocate, too many machines in too small place, even in new gym they didn't maintain space between machines.

I just have a question... Not really focusing on the rating.. I rated it 4 bcoz of the pictures... Looking forward to join it soon and hopefully I'll be extremely satisfied to give a 5 star... :) Well, I just wanted to know what are the timings for ladies.. I give over from work by 3pm, can I walk in by 4pm... Is that the right time? Or do you guys have a specific dedicated timings for ladies only? Keep me posted. Thanks in advance!!

Great gym and very dedicated instructor. Helped to reduce 10kg of stubborn weight after delivery. Must visit for those who want results.

When it's not just a business but passion for the owner, it reflects. Having same owner and trainer itself depicts the level of dedication. Not much attractive offers on fee, fixed fees and serious training.

If you know your work out then its good. Not too impressed with instructors except the owner himself

Very good gym and excellent coaching.. must visit if you looking for solid results.

Clean gym! Safe for ladies. Fun workouts. Good trainers!
