Not at all promising, I have bought few perfumes, agarbattis and attars and after buying checked few shops and the same items were priced at half. Came back home and checked agarbattis were not good and attars that I was promised would last long for atleast 24 hours are not even there for even 8 hours. Never ever visit them. On my way to bangalore I have bought few more from other shops and they were fairly priced and quality was amazing. Just fake promises and no quality.

Karnataka government promoting mysur silks and sandalwood manufacturing products. There no bargaining fixed rate high quality products available here. More products are costly. Attracting foreign tourists. Lots of parking facilities available here. Well arranged. Different types of products are available here. Customer friendly service providing here. Clean and neat.

Very Bad Experience with the representatives. Our initial UPI payment failed hence we had swiped the card. Now the money got credited to their account as per the bank confirmation. The representatives here are ignoring our calls and not supporting to resolve the issues. Understand the value of money guys

FRAUDS, PLANNING TO FILING POLICE COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM, THEY TOOK OVER 50K FOR A GODS PROTRAIT TO SHIP AND ITS BEEN OVER 6 MONTHS NOT RESPONDINGG TO CALLS OR WHATSAP, GIVING SOME OR OTHER REASON, please do not buy from here

I purchased 28000 INR one silk saree on 01/06/22 from Cauvery silk mysore, Chamundi hill road branch. When we checked at home in Gujarat found defect in saree. I called on 13/6/22 and talk with Mr. Azhar he told sent me saree i will replace it and provide new same to same saree. He told me will be done in one week. But still no update. Meanwhile they try to show me diffrent sarees and told you can select from different saree. We don't like and told we want same saree or return or money. Few weeks ago Mr Azhar met accident that information ingot from their shop. Now no one responding to returm my money. I already return defective saree. From shop they are telling only Azhar can do anything about it. Azhar now not taking call or responding to my messages. Shop also giving only one sentence azhar will do anything. Now they are i think making fraud and not returning money. Not trustworthy staff. Making excuses. If manager who met accident if not available than they are not running the shop... Very very bad experiance. Don't go that shop. They sent payment for 18000INR on 31st october after so much follow up and still balance 10000INR not made payment . Still replying the same manager will do who is the manager ..they are not giving any contact details. Not responding to calls

Don't trust them. They make big promises at the time of purchase but once you place the order you are at your own..I placed the order for one photo crafted on wood which they promised to deliver me on time and with the same design that I explained them. But when I enquired on the day of delivery they said its not yet ready..after thousand of followups finally I got the photo 10 days later and then came the 2 nd surprise - the photo was poorly made, design was completely different and there are so many design flaws . Its a total waste of money.
